The large-scale temperature field measurement system is designed in accordance with user requirements. It adopts parallel layout or diagonal layout of measuring points to monitor the temperature distribution, and can be used for the development and random inspection of gas appliance products. The temperature field is constructed using composite wood boards with a thickness of 3/4 inch or 1 inch. The surface of the wood boards is painted jet black and made as rough as possible, since smooth surfaces are not conducive to heat absorption. Thermocouples are used as temperature measurement sensors. The thermocouples are welded to round copper sheets, and the test surfaces are coated black. Imported high-precision data acquisition instruments are adopted for multi-point data collection, and all data are then uploaded to a background computer for processing. The software can be customized and modified according to user-specific requirements.
